Your property number will have been issued to you. This field should not be changed. (passwords are case sensitive)

Password.
It is recommended that you change your password when you first setup or modify your listing.

Property Name:
The name by which your property is Known.

Resort.
The resort which your property closest to.
This is a search parameter, and therfore must be entered.

Location.
A more detailed explanation of you property's location if required.

Short Description.
A brief introduction about your property. This is the Paragraph which surfers first see listed when they do a search. This Paragraph is also repeated at the beginning of your property details page.

Detailed Description.
Your oppurtunity to expand the property description on your property detail page.

Images 1 - 6.
You can display up to six images of your property. These images should already have been prepared and uploaded . Simply type the image names in the box's in the order in which you wish them to appear. Image 1 will also be used as the picture shown during search results. Image names are case sensitive and the extension must be included e.g..gif, .jpg,.jpeg etc .

Bedrooms.
Description of the bedrooms in you property.

Bathrooms.
Description of the bathrooms in you property.

Living area.
Description of the Living areas in you property.

Kitchen.
Description of the kitchen facilitiess in you property.

Extras.
This area can be used to describe any other features your property may have , which are not covered in any other field.

Nearest airport.
Enter the airport nearest to you property.

Nearest Ski resort.
If your property is a ski rental, place the ski resort here.

Sleeps.
Select the maximum number of persons that your property can sleep.
This is a search parameter, and therfore must be entered.

Email.
This field is for the email address at which you can be contacted for any enquiries or booking requests.

Contact Pone.
Optional field for a contact phone number.

Available Display.
This is a html formatable area in which you can insert tabular data of booking , price and availability of your property.

If you complete this field, this will be displayed in the availability and booking page of your property listing.

If you are using the Rentcalander.com service I would recommend that you leave this area blank.

Available Search
This area is not displayed to the surfer, but is used by the site search facility.
This area should be populated by using cut and paste form the "available date listing" area of the admin section. As dates are booked, they should be deleted from this area.

Rentcalander No.
if you use the services of rentacalander.com, you will have been issued with a number exclusive to your property. This number should be entered here and your rentcalander will be displayed in the availability and booking page of your listing.

Rentcalander price field.
This is a html formatable area which can be used along with the rentcalander no. field to provide information on price/season etc.

Edit record.
When you are content that you are finished with your changes, clicking this button updates your listing in the database.
